Overview

Celonis, a process intelligence software company headquartered in Munich and New York, is offering an internship in Technology and Management Consulting within its Value Engineering team. The placement can be in Paris or Madrid and supports business development for the French market. Value Engineers are trusted advisors who work where technology meets business, partnering with sales teams and customers to build solutions to critical business problems and to show the value Celonis can deliver.

What you will do

The intern gains experience running proof of value projects and takes part in technical and business discussions with stakeholders. Tasks include analysing customer data to make business processes more transparent, turning customer pain points into use cases on the Celonis Process Intelligence Platform, quantifying the financial impact of those use cases and preparing management-ready presentations, and presenting findings with the team to customer executives. The role also involves using Celonis data modeling and AI capabilities to uncover process inefficiencies, pitching the AI value proposition and building relationships with customers through technical, product and business knowledge.

Requirements

Applicants should be students in technology and management, industrial or business engineering, business informatics, business administration, computer science, mathematics, economics or a comparable programme. Strong communication skills, interest in working with potential customers, consulting experience, a strong interest in data analytics, knowledge of SQL or a similar query language, an analytical and structured way of working, and fluent English and French are required. The internship is full time, starts from October and lasts six months.

What you get

The company describes equity grants for full-time employees, a flexible hybrid work model, a learning framework with mentorship and a learning platform, wellbeing support, paid days for volunteering and an inclusive culture.
