Overview

Celonis, a process intelligence software company headquartered in Munich and New York, is offering an AI and Management Consulting internship in its Value Engineering team in London. Value Engineers act as trusted advisors to prospects and customers, working where technology meets business to build solutions to critical business problems. The intern supports business development for the UK and Ireland market by building customer-based business cases.

What you will do

The intern analyses customer data to make business processes more transparent, turns customer pain points into use cases on the Celonis Process Intelligence Platform, and works with customers and partners to uncover core business challenges. Further tasks include quantifying the financial impact of use cases and preparing management-ready presentations, presenting findings with the team to customer executives, using Celonis data modeling and AI capabilities to find process inefficiencies, and pitching the Celonis AI value proposition. The role includes proof of value projects and technical discussions with stakeholders.

Requirements

Applicants should be students of business informatics, data analytics or science, computer science, industrial engineering, technology and management, mathematics or a comparable programme. Strong communication skills, confidence presenting to senior executives, interest in technology, data and large language models, consulting experience, knowledge of SQL and Python, an analytical mindset and business-fluent English are needed. Availability from October or November for at least five months is required, and candidates should be motivated to move into a full-time role through the Orbit Graduate Program afterwards.

What you get

The company describes a flexible hybrid work model, generous paid time off, a learning framework with mentorship and a learning platform, wellbeing support such as subsidised gym memberships and counselling, paid volunteering days, and an inclusive culture.
