Intern Technology Consultant - Data & AI

Overview

Celonis is offering an internship opportunity for an Intern Technology Consultant focused on Data and AI within the Services department. The position is based in Munich, Germany, and provides hands-on experience utilizing AI deployment tools to create innovative solutions alongside experienced Deployment Engineers. Interns are introduced to AI-augmented and business-focused software delivery, helping to specify project requirements, direct AI agents, and validate outputs.

Requirements

Applicants must be students pursuing a degree in Technology Management, Business Informatics, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or a comparable program with outstanding performance. Candidates are required to have knowledge in Business Intelligence and data analytics, foundational understanding of enterprise business processes, and experience in programming and working with databases, specifically with SQL, Python, or related coding and database query languages. Additional qualifications include basic familiarity with AI-assisted development tools, an eagerness to learn prompt and context engineering, customer service interest with strong presentation and communication skills, the ability to work independently, and initiative. Fluency in both English and German is mandatory, and knowledge of any additional language is considered a plus. Candidates must also be available to work full-time for a minimum of five months.
