Intern Deployment Engineer - Data & AI

Overview

Celonis offers an internship position for an Intern Deployment Engineer focused on Data and AI, based in Munich, Germany. The intern will work within the Services department, which functions as the delivery engine of the customer organization. The role introduces participants to AI-augmented and business-focused software delivery, involving the use of cutting-edge AI deployment tools and AI deployment agents like Apollo alongside experienced Deployment Engineers.

Who can apply

Applicants must be students currently enrolled in Technology Management, Business Informatics, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or a comparable degree program, and must demonstrate outstanding performance. Candidates are required to have fluency in both English and German, with any additional language considered a plus. Furthermore, applicants must commit to at least five months of full-time availability.

Requirements

Candidates must possess knowledge in Business Intelligence, data analytics, and a foundational understanding of enterprise business processes. Experience in programming and working with databases is necessary, including knowledge of SQL, Python, or related coding and database query languages. Applicants should exhibit curiosity, basic familiarity with AI-assisted development tools, and an eagerness to learn prompt and context engineering. Additional qualifications include an interest in customer interaction, presentation and communication skills, independence, initiative, and the ability to think outside the box.
