Overview

Qonto, a European finance workspace for small and medium-sized businesses with banking at its core, is recruiting a Growth Ops Intern in Paris. The intern joins the Growth Operations team and helps drive initiatives that strengthen growth channels through marketing automation, MarTech tools, revenue products and generative AI. The aim is to improve operational efficiency by streamlining processes, centralising marketing data and supporting cross-functional projects that matter to the growth strategy.

Qonto was founded in 2017, serves over 750,000 customers across eight European countries and has been profitable since 2023.

What you will do

The intern supports Sales, Partnerships and Customer Success by maintaining clear workflows, reliable data and scalable processes in Salesforce, gradually learning how information moves across the whole Growth stack. The role also involves spotting recurring blockers, investigating root causes, contributing to lasting solutions and documenting them. Building dashboards, reports and insights helps teams trust their pipeline and performance data, and the intern can explore topics such as CRM, paid acquisition, website tracking and data analytics to understand how a growth engine works end to end.

Who can apply

Qonto wants someone curious about tools and data who has used a CRM or similar platform, although Salesforce experience is only a plus. Other qualities are being organised and resourceful, service-minded, fluent in English for daily work and comfortable using AI while staying critical of its output. The future manager works remotely and values curiosity, breadth of knowledge across several domains and investment in team development.

What you get

Perks include a hybrid policy allowing work from home up to two days a week, a sports and wellness platform with more than 3,000 partners, a lunch card with half of the cost covered, 50 percent of the public transport pass covered, team events, snacks and beverages, and one paid day off per month.

How to apply

The hiring process takes about 15 working days and has three steps: an interview with a recruiter, an interview with the future mentor or manager, and a case study debrief.
