Overview

Ordio GmbH offers an internship position as a Business Development Intern in the go-to-market team located in Cologne, Germany. The role focuses on discovering growth levers, identifying new revenue streams, driving geographical expansion, and building AI-powered go-to-market engines for an AI-native workforce management system designed for deskless workforces. Interns work directly with the founders on strategy and own at least one initiative end-to-end.

Who can apply

Applicants must be current Bachelor or Master students who are available full-time for a duration of 3 to 6 months. Candidates need to be fluent in both German and English. Desired personal traits include high agency, an analytical and numbers-driven mindset, and an obsession with understanding problems, customers, and markets. Applicants must already use AI tools beyond basic chat prompts, such as agents and automations.
