Overview

Archimed is an investment firm focused exclusively on healthcare industries, managing eight billion euros across its various funds. The firm operates globally with offices in Europe, North America, and Asia, and functions as a committed impact investor directly and through its Eurêka Foundation. Archimed is seeking an Associate Director for Sustainability and Impact to be based at its office in Lyon, France.

Requirements

Applicants must have at least ten years of experience building and executing sustainability strategies, with a preference for private equity backgrounds. Candidates need proven hands-on leadership, project management abilities, and strong problem-solving skills. A robust knowledge of sustainability and impact frameworks and disclosures is required, including SFDR, SASB, CSRD, EDCI, PMDR, and the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, alongside a strong command of impact measurement methodologies.

The role demands strong attention to detail, excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, and the adaptability to engage with C-suite executives internationally. Applicants should be proven team players who are able to build working partnerships, coach junior team members, and promote collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
