Mentora Scholars Fellowship 2027 (Fully-funded)

Overview

The Mentora Scholars Fellowship 2027 is a fully funded fellowship that prepares college students to become exemplary changemakers in their careers and communities. Inspired by leaders such as Lincoln, Mother Teresa and Gandhi, the programme aims to identify, develop and support the next generation of transformative leaders across sectors who uplift humanity, elevate character and change people from within.

It is rooted in the award-winning research and teachings of Dr. Hitendra Wadhwa, a longtime Columbia Business School professor and author of Inner Mastery, Outer Impact. The fellowship brings together a selective cohort of students to clarify their values, build deep peer relationships and join a lifelong network of leaders grounded in wisdom, purpose and positive change.

What you get

All participants receive a full scholarship from the Mentora Foundation covering the programme cost, room and board. Scholars are responsible for their travel to and from the programme and for incidental expenses.

Who can apply

The fellowship is open to U.S. and Canadian undergraduates, and to those who completed their degree within the past year. Graduating seniors should check their commencement date, since it may conflict with the in-person programme, and can reach out to discuss options.

Applications are welcome from students who are highly invested in their own transformation and in growing their connection with their inner core, who are engaged in the healthy pursuit of excellence in a field of their choosing, and who are committed to bringing inner and outer transformation to the world. They should also be ready to invest in a practice-based, whole-person growth journey.
