HIP Impact Accelerator Program 2026

Overview

The Impact Accelerator Program is a free, six-week virtual programme that helps experienced professionals move into high-impact careers. It gives skilled people evidence-based tools and community support to achieve real-world impact. Participants meet in a cohort of five experienced professionals from different fields for 1.5 hours each week, led by a trained facilitator. A guided workbook organises reading materials and action steps into manageable weekly sections.

What you get

Participants gain access to a global network of experienced professionals on a similar journey, and remain part of the community after the programme through virtual sessions and an active group chat. The founder-oriented track adds a community of fellow aspiring founders with a facilitator experienced in high-impact entrepreneurship. It also offers tailored support to explore the different types of high-impact entrepreneurship, choose a path and create an action plan, plus a curated network of incubators, advisors and communities to help new organisations succeed.

Who can apply

The programme is aimed at successful founders who want to use their expertise on the world's most pressing problems, and at consultants, operators, leaders and domain experts who have built other people's organisations and are ready to build their own. It also welcomes aspiring founders with a high-impact problem they want to solve who are deciding whether to take the leap. People interested in building high-impact non-profits or for-profits, or in starting a Founding to Give company, are included.
