Outstanding postgraduate scholars from selected countries with limited financial means can turn to the Aga Khan Foundation's International Scholarship Programme (AKF ISP) for funding support. Founded in 1969 by Prince Karim Aga Khan IV, the programme runs an annual competitive selection process and has now backed more than 1,500 students over its history.
