The University of Lincoln Global Leaders Scholarship is designed for outstanding international students pursuing undergraduate or postgraduate taught studies in the United Kingdom. This competitive award recognises applicants who demonstrate excellent academic achievement alongside personal development, leadership potential, and meaningful extracurricular involvement. The scholarship is available for the 2026–2027 and 2027–2028 academic years, supporting programmes starting in September 2027 or January 2028.

Who can apply

The scholarship is open exclusively to students classified as international or overseas fee-paying students, and is not available to those with home fee status. Applicants must study full-time and must already hold an offer of admission to an eligible undergraduate or postgraduate taught programme at the University of Lincoln before applying for the scholarship.

What you get

Successful applicants receive a scholarship worth 50% of their tuition fees for one year of study. This financial support provides a tuition fee reduction, though it covers only half of the tuition fees for a single year and does not cover the entire cost of a degree, accommodation, living expenses, travel, or other educational costs.

Requirements

Applicants must undergo a competitive assessment of their academic, personal, and extracurricular achievements. A separate scholarship application is required in addition to holding a prior offer of admission to an eligible programme at the institution.
