Reach Oxford UK Scholarship 2027 (Fully Funded)

Overview

The Reach Oxford Scholarship 2027, formerly the Oxford Student Scholarships, is a fully funded award for undergraduate study at the University of Oxford. It is intended for students who cannot pursue a degree in their home countries because of political or financial hardship or a lack of suitable educational facilities. All expenses during the study period are covered, and there is no application fee.

Who can apply

The scholarship is open to nationals of a long list of eligible countries, including Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Brazil, Cameroon, China, Colombia, Egypt, Ethiopia, Ghana, India, Indonesia, Iraq, Kenya, Mexico, Nepal, Nigeria, Pakistan, the Philippines, Rwanda, South Africa, Sri Lanka, Tanzania, Turkey, Uganda, Ukraine, Vietnam, Zambia and Zimbabwe, among many others across Africa, Asia, Latin America, the Caribbean, the Pacific and Eastern Europe. Students joining Oxford's Astrophoria Foundation Year Programme should apply for this scholarship in January of the year they will start their undergraduate course, for example January 2027 for an October 2027 start. Undergraduate scholarships can only be considered once.

Applications for 2026 entry are closed. Details for 2027 entry will be published in January 2027. Oxford also automatically considers applicants for a range of other scholarships.

Key dates

The scholarship deadline for 2027 entry is 26 January 2027. Selection takes place in April 2027, and applicants are informed of the outcome by the end of May 2027.
