Erasmus Mundus MAPP Scholarships 2027 (Fully Funded)
Overview
Mundus MAPP is a two-year Erasmus Mundus Joint Master's in Public Policy funded by the Erasmus+ initiative of the European Union, with applications open for the 2027-2028 cohort. It is delivered by Central European University (CEU), the Institut Barcelona d'Estudis Internacionals (IBEI), the International Institute of Social Studies (ISS) in The Hague and the University of York. It prepares graduates for careers in government, international organizations, NGOs, think tanks, academia and the private sector. Students study at two of the consortium universities depending on their track: Global Public Policy (CEU and IBEI), European Public Policy (CEU and York), Political Economy and Development (ISS and IBEI), or Governance and Development (ISS and York).
What you get
Scholarship holders receive a monthly stipend of 1,400 euros for 24 months, up to 33,600 euros, plus a full tuition fee waiver, comprehensive health insurance and special support for students with disabilities. Institutional scholarships are also available, one per track, giving a 50% tuition waiver for both years without a stipend. Students pay some costs themselves: study visits of 600 to 1,000 euros in Year 1, a Winter School of 600 to 1,000 euros in Year 2, and travel and visa costs between consortium countries.
