Who can apply

Citizens and residents of eight East African Community Partner States are eligible to apply. The eligible countries are the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Burundi, Kenya, Rwanda, South Sudan, Tanzania, Uganda, and Somalia. Applicants must also satisfy the academic, age, English-language, and financial requirements outlined in the official announcement for their chosen level of study.
