Overview

The APU ADB Scholarship 2027 is a fully funded Master's scholarship offered by Ritsumeikan Asia Pacific University (APU) together with the Asian Development Bank for the September 2027 intake. It is aimed at professionals from borrowing member countries of the Asian Development Bank and supports development-oriented Master's study in Japan. Programmes include economics, management and international business, environment and natural resource management, public health, agriculture and rural development, education and social policy, science and technology policy, and other development-related fields. APU reviews candidates academically, shortlists them and sends recommended profiles to the ADB Scholarship Committee for the final decision.
