Overview

World Vision is recruiting a part-time Project Manager, Enablement, within its global Philanthropy Alliance (job requisition JR52248). The position is home-based in the United Kingdom, advertised for local applicants only, and supports high-net-worth fundraising across the organization. World Vision is a Christian humanitarian organization helping vulnerable children overcome poverty, with more than 31,000 staff in nearly 100 countries. Travel of up to 5 percent may be needed.

What you will do

The project manager supports a global high-net-worth fundraising capability model and acts as a consultant to at least 19 Philanthropy Alliance offices, working with practitioners, philanthropy executives and senior leaders. The role helps offices strengthen the fundamental capabilities needed for this fundraising, supports Global Signature Initiatives, connects new fundraising resources with donor insights, and represents the Service Centre to the offices and the offices within the Service Centre. It also coordinates enablement services such as proposals, offers, reports, training and events for the Moves Management fundraising model, selects and manages donor servicing systems, produces donor experiences, and prepares executives and experts for speaking engagements.

The manager oversees complex projects with many stakeholders, manages contracts, budgets and vendors, looks for cost savings, ensures service-level agreements are met, and handles sensitive donor information discreetly.

Requirements

Applicants should hold a bachelor's degree in marketing, fundraising, hospitality, logistics, project management or a related area, with 7 to 10 years of experience planning and managing multiple projects and 7 to 10 years in fundraising, sales operations or closely related work. Experience with fundraising or sales representatives and CRM and sales reporting tools is important, as is strong cross-cultural communication, work with senior leaders and attention to detail. Experience with a World Vision office is strongly preferred. The vacancy states that, where legally permissible, successful applicants are expected to affirm World Vision's core documents and observe conduct compatible with Christian principles.

Key dates

The application deadline is September 9, 2026.
