Work for America to Open Applications for Second Talent Accelerator Cohort

Work for America (WFA) is set to open applications for the second cohort of its Talent Accelerator program, a free virtual workshop designed to help city human resources and operations teams improve hiring processes through data-driven strategies. Applications for the new cohort will open on July 27, 2026. Earlier this year, Work for America launched its Talent Accelerator program to support city HR and operations teams in strengthening the way hiring is managed within their organizations.
