Wits University PhD and LLM Bursaries 2027: Funding for African Law and Social Justice Researchers

The University of the Witwatersrand (Wits University) has announced PhD and LLM by Research bursary opportunities for 2027 through the NRF-funded South African Research Chair in Equality, Law and Social Justice. The funding opportunity is based within the Wits School of Law in Johannesburg and is designed to support promising postgraduate researchers whose work contributes to equality, human rights and social justice in Africa.
