Urgent Action Fund–Africa Launches 2026 Call for Proposals to Strengthen Women’s Rights Organisations Across Africa

The Urgent Action Fund–Africa (UAF-Africa) has officially released its 2026 Call for Proposals (CfP) titled “Investing in Women’s Rights Organisations and Networks in Africa”, aimed at strengthening women’s rights organisations (WROs), activists, and networks working across the continent. The call was released on Wednesday, 1 July 2026, and targets organisations advancing gender justice, democratic participation, and human rights in complex and rapidly changing environments.
