What you will do
General duties include supporting basic and applied research, collecting and analyzing data, maintaining databases, interpreting research protocols so activities follow best practices, mentoring junior research staff and students, running meetings with personnel and external agencies, resolving operational problems and helping prepare manuscripts and reports.
Division-specific duties include leading research interventions for Project ACCESS and related studies, giving technical assistance on HIV and HCV rapid testing, working with internal and external partners on testing initiatives, developing and leading training on that testing, supporting linkage to care and coordinating related operations.
Requirements
Applicants need a bachelor's degree and at least three years of relevant experience in research support, program operations, team coordination or data management. Competencies include operational management, organizational development, knowledge of financial operations, team leadership, technical proficiency with office software and databases, and strong written and verbal communication.
