The United Nations Population Fund through its West and Central Africa Regional Office has established the Youth, Peace, and Security Consultant Roster 2026 to create a pool of pre-qualified regional experts. This roster aims to provide specialized technical expertise for the Regional Office and various country offices as needs arise, supporting initiatives that connect humanitarian action, development, and peacebuilding while advancing the Youth, Peace and Security and Women, Peace and Security agendas. Qualified candidates may become eligible for future short-term or long-term individual consultancy assignments across multiple locations, depending on organizational requirements.

Fluency in English is required, while a working knowledge of French is mandatory for the majority of regional assignments. Proficiency in Arabic or Portuguese is considered an advantage.
