UNESCO has officially opened the call for applications and nominations for the inaugural UNESCO Prize for Global Citizenship Education (GCED). This biennial award, launched in 2024 with the support of the Republic of Korea, recognizes exceptional efforts to advance GCED and offers a global platform to showcase and elevate the visibility of transformative educational initiatives worldwide.
