A CIPS Level 3 qualification is highly desirable, while lower-level CIPS qualifications may also be beneficial. Technical requirements include experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, automated procurement systems, and web-based management platforms, with familiarity in UNDP Quantum, UNALL, and Power BI systems considered an advantage. Fluency in written and spoken English and Spanish is mandatory, and knowledge of another United Nations language is considered an advantage.
