The British Institute in Eastern Africa (BIEA) is inviting applications for two full-time Research Fellow positions at its research centre in Nairobi, Kenya. These are fixed-term, two-year contracts starting 5 May 2026. The positions are designed for early-career researchers who have completed their PhD within the last five years and wish to contribute to innovative research in the humanities and social sciences focused on Eastern Africa.
