Terms of Reference for the Independent Expert Group for the ARISE Program – Apply By 21 May 2026

The Climate Investment Funds (CIF) has outlined the Terms of Reference for an Independent Expert Group (IEG) that will play a central role in assessing country applications under the Accelerating Resilience Investments and Innovations for Sustainable Economies (ARISE) Program. The initiative is designed to support developing countries in strengthening climate resilience systems, mobilizing finance, and translating adaptation priorities into investable, country-led development pathways.
