About the Coordinator role
The Coordinator reports to the Manager, Programs and Partnerships, has no supervisory duties and supports initiatives across several portfolios, with a focus on Innovation. The posted salary is $56,500 to $61,000. Duties include coordinating and tracking programme activities, supporting grant-making infrastructure, arranging in-person and virtual events and travel, circulating meeting materials and reports, supporting relationships with specialists, vendors and partners, doing research and reports, maintaining databases, and working with Communications on social media, websites and newsletters. The Coordinator also organises RHF information booths and keeps promotional materials current.
Requirements
For the Coordinator role, applicants need a relevant diploma or equivalent training and experience, at least two years in programme or project management coordination, and experience in administration, project management and event management. Experience in non-profit, charitable, small or start-up organisations is an asset. Candidates should work well both collaboratively and independently, manage competing priorities, communicate professionally and understand social media and digital marketing.
