The Economic Security Project (ESP) is hiring a Senior Manager of Human Resources and People Operations for a fully remote, full-time role in the United States. ESP works to advance bold ideas that expand economic power for all Americans through research, grantmaking, policy advocacy, strategic campaigns and partnerships with community leaders, with a team of researchers, organisers, policy experts and creatives. The salary is $95,000 to $110,000 per year, depending on experience and location, with a comprehensive benefits package.
The Senior Manager shapes the employee experience across the whole staff lifecycle and reports to the Vice President of People, Finance and Operations, overseeing people operations and making sure HR practices reflect ESP's values. Responsibilities include managing the lifecycle from recruitment to offboarding, building and maintaining diverse talent pipelines, leading recruitment and hiring with fair practices and a good candidate experience, overseeing HR systems and operational processes, ensuring HR compliance and policy implementation, maintaining employee records, supporting employee engagement and development, strengthening culture, promoting diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging and working with leadership on people strategy.
