Overview

UnboundEd Learning Inc. is recruiting a Regional Director for K-12 Enterprise Sales. The full-time position is remote and can be done from anywhere in the United States. UnboundEd is an education organization that works to give every student access to engaging, affirming, grade-level instruction, and it supports teachers, coaches, principals and district leaders, particularly in schools serving historically underserved students. In 2023 it joined forces with Pivot Learning and CORE Learning.

The director builds new partnerships, strengthens existing client relationships and moves opportunities through the sales cycle. The role reports to the Senior Vice President of Program Implementation and involves territory growth plans, pipeline building, CRM tracking, advising district partners and recommending professional learning solutions. Travel of up to 40% is expected for customer meetings, conferences and events.

What you get

The base salary is $100,000 to $125,000 per year, depending on experience, internal equity and budgets. An incentive plan can bring on-track earnings to $200,000 to $250,000 annually. Benefits include flexible vacation, medical, dental, vision, disability and life insurance, an employer-sponsored 401(k) and a 5% employer retirement contribution with no vesting period.

Requirements

A bachelor's degree is required in any field, and an advanced degree is preferred; equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered. Applicants need at least five years of relevant experience, with supervision, sales or large-scale project leadership especially desirable, and a history of quota attainment above $2 million annually. The organization also looks for a commitment to educational equity and inclusion, an understanding of urban school environments, consultative sales experience, an entrepreneurial drive and the ability to work independently. Comfort with Google Workspace, Zoom, Salesforce and Slack is expected.

Core business hours are 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. local time. Candidates anywhere in the United States may apply, though those in the Northeast or Mid-America regions are preferred.

How to apply

Applications go through the designated recruitment platform. Resumes should show K-12 partnerships, enterprise sales, revenue generation, account management and quota achievement.
