The Digital Innovation Fund for Energy and Climate (DIFEC) is a regional, three-year initiative designed to unlock the transformative potential of digital technologies in advancing clean energy access and strengthening climate resilience across Sub-Saharan Africa. As part of the broader REACT 2.0 Regional programme, DIFEC targets systemic barriers that limit innovation and scalability among early- and growth-stage enterprises operating in the energy and climate sectors.
