What you get

The position provides a salary between $200,000 and $250,000 per year, determined by experience. Requirements

Applicants must have at least 10 years of relevant leadership experience, which must include a minimum of five years in senior revenue, development, or philanthropic leadership. Candidates need a proven record of designing and executing multi-year fundraising strategies that significantly increase revenue, along with required familiarity with Salesforce CRM, donor analytics, and pipeline management. Additional expectations include knowledge of charitable giving regulations and nonprofit compliance, and a genuine commitment to Re:wild's conservation mission. Experience with major gifts, institutional funding, or innovative financing, as well as an interest in AI tools, conservation experience, knowledge of additional languages, and an advanced degree are considered advantages.
