Who can apply

The China Sourcing Initiative is for students at universities in the United States or Canada who want full-time Associate roles with PwC in Chinese Mainland, Hong Kong SAR or Macau SAR. Candidates must hold or be pursuing a bachelor's degree or above, graduate between August 2025 and August 2027, meet work eligibility rules and be eligible to work in Chinese Mainland and Macau SAR without a work visa. PwC provides Hong Kong SAR visa sponsorship for selected Associates there. The process is remote, through online assessments and virtual interviews, and the opportunity starts from August 2026.
