Projectmanager subsidies duurzaam bouwen

Overview

Van Draeckeburgh is seeking a project manager for subsidies in sustainable construction to join the Sustainable Building team based in Bilthoven. The organization assists clients with projects in sustainable real estate, innovation, and monuments by advising on subsidy schemes and managing the complete grant process. Clients include government agencies, social real estate owners, investors, educational institutions, and developers.

Requirements

Candidates should be ambitious starters or medior professionals with HBO or WO thinking and working levels. A background in construction technology, either through work or study, is a strong advantage. Applicants need a proactive attitude, good communication skills, careful data processing and administrative abilities, and the confidence to ask questions and set clear agreements. Additional qualities include being stress-resistant, able to manage multiple projects and deadlines, capable of working independently, experienced with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and fluent in both Dutch and English in speech and writing.
