Overview

The Whisper To Humanity Foundation is seeking a Programmatic Co-Executive Director focusing on African programming, policy advocacy, and operations. This position is part of a newly introduced dual co-executive leadership structure designed for long-term organisational sustainability and succession planning. The role involves guiding regional expansion, programme strategy, policy advocacy, and cross-border network initiatives across eight African nations. The successful candidate will also participate in a structured twenty-four-month transition and mentorship period alongside the Founding Executive Director.

Who can apply

Applicants must be twenty-eight years old or under at the time of application. Candidates are required to demonstrate a strong commitment to pan-African feminist principles, intersectionality, non-hierarchical power-sharing, and trauma-informed collective care. Applicants need three to five years of hands-on experience designing, implementing, and evaluating multi-country feminist initiatives, youth campaigns, or community programmes within Africa. Furthermore, candidates must have experience managing remote teams or regional hubs across borders, along with knowledge of digital security and safety protocols.

Requirements
