[PL] Junior Indirect Cost Controller

Overview

HelloFresh offers a position as a Junior Indirect Cost Controller within the Finance, Accounting and Legal department. This role is based in Wrocław, Lower Silesian Voivodeship, Poland, operating on a hybrid schedule requiring three days in the office per week alongside flexible working hours. The position provides broad financial controlling support encompassing budgeting, indirect personnel costs, indirect procurement, business partnering, month-end close, and process improvement across the Indirect Controlling team's full scope.

Requirements

Applicants should possess a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field, alongside some experience in controlling, FP&A, or a similar finance role, though entry-level candidates with strong fundamentals are also considered. Candidates are required to have strong Excel and data skills, with experience in business intelligence, reporting, or artificial intelligence tools considered an advantage. Additional qualifications include a process-improvement mindset, comfort working across multiple stakeholders and shifting priorities, and fluency in English at a minimum of B2 level.
