Parking Reform Network Development Manager: Remote Nonprofit Job Opportunity|Apply by 27 Aug 2026
Overview
The Parking Reform Network (PRN), a national nonprofit working to change parking policy across the United States with local advocates, partner organizations and policymakers, is hiring a Development Manager. The role is full-time and exempt. The manager owns donor and member giving from acquisition through retention and renewal, helping the organization diversify its funding. Reporting directly to the President, the manager will build PRN's development programme from the ground up, and the role could grow into a Development Director position as revenue grows.
What you get
The salary range is $70,000 to $90,000 per year depending on experience. Benefits include a QSEHRA health reimbursement arrangement, paid time off, floating holidays and a 401(k) employer match. The position is fully remote and mostly on Pacific Time. West Coast candidates are preferred because the organization is based there and wants more in-person collaboration, and some travel is required.
Requirements
The duties include managing recurring campaigns such as Giving Tuesday, year-end fundraising, membership drives and renewals, building campaign calendars and tracking results, and managing donor data in Salesforce, including segmentation, lists, reports and data quality. The manager also works with Operations and IT so that Salesforce, Mailchimp, Stripe and Luma work well together, writes thank-you messages, renewal appeals and other fundraising content, and researches prospective donors and sponsors.
Candidates need strong Salesforce experience, an understanding of how digital systems and integrations work, experience taking fundraising campaigns from planning to launch, and strong writing. PRN also wants people comfortable with AI and emerging technologies who will explore how AI and coding can produce insights from development data. Initiative and the ability to spot fundraising opportunities matter, and applicants who do not meet every qualification are encouraged to apply.
How to apply
Applicants send a resume and an answer to one question instead of a cover letter, describing a fundraising or membership campaign they took from idea to launch, what they did personally and the results. Any AI tool used must be named and its use explained. Applications go by email with the applicant's name and Development Manager in the subject line.
Key dates
Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis, with priority consideration on or before August 27, 2026.
