The Business Applications Lead oversees enterprise business applications, ERP solutions, digital transformation initiatives and process improvement projects, working with stakeholders, vendors and technology teams. Candidates need a Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, information systems, engineering or a related field, 5 to 8 years of experience, and at least 3 years in business applications, ERP, digital transformation or technology consulting. They should have managed enterprise applications, software vendors and implementation projects and understand business process improvement methods. ITIL 4 Foundation certification is mandatory, and PMP, PRINCE2, TOGAF or ERP certifications are an advantage.
The Data, Analytics & AI Lead turns complex datasets into business insight and leads analytics and AI work, supporting cloud data platforms and responsible AI. Candidates need a Bachelor's degree in data science, computer science, statistics, mathematics, engineering, economics, information technology or another quantitative field, plus 5 to 8 years in data analytics, business intelligence, data management, AI or digital transformation. Strong Power BI, SQL and data modelling skills are needed, along with cloud data platform experience and proven delivery of analytics, AI or Generative AI solutions. A PL-300 or equivalent certification is highly desirable, cloud certifications from Azure, AWS or Google Cloud are advantageous, and knowledge of data governance and responsible AI is desirable.
The IT Support & Service Delivery Executive provides user-focused technical support and maintains IT operations and service standards. Applicants need a Bachelor's degree or HND in computer science, information technology, computer engineering, information systems or a related field, and 4 to 5 years in IT support, service desk, IT operations or service management. Experience with Microsoft 365, Windows, endpoint devices, networking, printers, user accounts and enterprise applications is expected, along with a helpdesk or service management platform. ITIL 4 Foundation is required, and CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+ and Microsoft certifications are advantageous.
