Palantir Meritocracy Fellowship 2026: A Five-Week Programme Combining Technology, Leadership, and Real-World Software Engineering
Overview
The Palantir Meritocracy Fellowship is a five-week development programme offered by Palantir Technologies that combines intellectual exploration with practical experience in software engineering and technology development. The programme is designed to identify individuals with strong potential, challenge their intellectual abilities, and provide opportunities to work on meaningful technology projects. The initiative emphasizes individual ability, initiative, problem-solving, and demonstrated results over traditional academic credentials or established indicators of prestige.
What you get
The programme offers an initial five-week period where participants examine questions concerning Western civilization, institutional value, America's historical and contemporary role, and Palantir's mission through reading, lectures, discussions, and institutional visits. Participants learn from lecturers across various professional backgrounds, including Sara Seager, Bob McGrew, Shilo Brooks, General (Ret.) Michael Kurilla, Daniel Diermeier, Gideon Rose, Jesse Wolfson, Heidi Wood, and Palantir leaders such as Alex Karp, Shyam Sankar, Akshay Krishnaswamy, Courtney Bowman, Parvathy Menon, Samantha Clark, and Sasha Spivak. Following the initial period, fellows join Palantir development or forward-deployed engineering teams where they take on responsibilities comparable to full-time software engineers, including investigating customer problems, working with real-world data, building and improving software solutions, participating in deployments, and collaborating with technical professionals.
