The Mastercard Foundation Associates Program is an ongoing initiative designed to connect talented young people across Africa with 12-month internships, fostering leadership, employability, and entrepreneurship skills. Since its launch in 2023, the program has supported over 1,000 Associates in 22 countries, including young women, persons with disabilities, refugees, and internally displaced persons.
