NVIDIA Early Talent Programs 2026–2027: Internships, Ignite, MBA, PhD and New College Graduate Opportunities
Overview
NVIDIA's Early Talent Programs give students, recent graduates, MBA candidates and PhD researchers routes into careers in artificial intelligence, software engineering, accelerated computing, graphics, robotics, autonomous systems and high-performance computing. NVIDIA says its interns are employees who do meaningful work with experienced professionals on real products, research and technologies, and it describes internships as a main pipeline into its graduate and early-career hiring.
The five pathways are the Internship Program, the Ignite Program, the MBA Program, PhD opportunities and the New College Graduate Program.
What you get
Internships are offered throughout the year, generally for a minimum of 12 weeks, though some vacancies are longer; a Software Engineering Intern role in Shanghai, for example, requires one year of full-time on-site work. Interns may develop software, test systems, run research, build automation tools, evaluate AI systems or work on hardware and infrastructure. They build technical experience, collaborate with engineers and researchers, develop networks and learn how large technology products are made. Benefits vary by location and employment conditions.
Who can apply
Internships are open to students pursuing bachelor's, master's, PhD or MBA degrees. The Ignite Program is a 12-week summer pre-internship for current university freshmen and sophomores from a wide range of backgrounds, introducing them to NVIDIA's technologies, teams and culture. The MBA Program is for MBA students and recent graduates who want to develop into future corporate leaders in technology.
How to apply
Positions appear in different countries and technical disciplines, and eligibility, location, education requirements and timelines vary by vacancy, so applicants should check NVIDIA's careers portal regularly and confirm the requirements of each role. No single deadline is stated.
