The assistant takes minutes, writes reports, files and archives operational documents confidentially, proofreads and formats reports, presentations and proposals, works with GIS specialists on maps, translates documents, drafts correspondence, and follows up external meetings with institutions in Abidjan. The role also covers documentary research on subjects such as sociology, history and politics, and support to missions, including presence in countries where MSF works when requested.
