Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) is Seeking a Head of ICT – Apply By 5 May 2026

The humanitarian medical organisation Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF), through its Eastern Africa regional office, is recruiting a Head of ICT for its new operational entity, MSF Ubuntu. The role is based within the Logistics and Supply Department and may be located in either Nairobi, Kenya or Johannesburg, South Africa. It is a full-time, three-year renewable contract open to both local and international applicants, with a start date as soon as possible.
