This full-time, permanent role supports the international humanitarian organisation's alert management system by handling sensitive reports regarding misconduct, harassment, abuse, fraud, corruption, and other concerns. The position contributes to safeguarding, accountability, and the protection of vulnerable people across operations in nearly 30 countries.

Who can apply

Applicants must hold a master's-level qualification equivalent to Bac+5 in law, compliance, risk management, or a related discipline. The role requires strong interpersonal and coordination skills, along with integrity, discretion, impartiality, and empathy when dealing with sensitive situations. Candidates must be comfortable explaining difficult decisions professionally and working in an evolving environment. Background checks against international lists and the provision of a French criminal record extract known as bulletin n°3 are required parts of the process.

What you get

The position offers a gross monthly salary of €3,664 under a permanent employment contract, classified as a management-level position. Additional benefits include a 13th-month payment for employees with more than six months of service, meal vouchers worth €10 with 60 percent paid by the organisation, and health insurance fully covered by Médecins du Monde. Employees receive five weeks of annual leave, 22.5 additional rest days, reimbursement of 50 percent of eligible public transport costs, and opportunities for professional development, training, and internal mobility. A flexible hybrid working arrangement is available, allowing up to 110 remote-working days annually with a minimum office attendance requirement of five days per month.
