Lead Global HR at Winrock International – Senior Director, People & Culture (Remote, 2026)

Winrock International, a globally recognized nonprofit organization, is hiring a Senior Director, People & Culture to lead its human resources and people strategy. This remote role, based in select U.S. states, provides strategic oversight for HR operations, workforce performance, and organizational culture across Winrock’s global programs. The Senior Director will report directly to the Chief Financial and Operations Officer (CFOO) and serve as a trusted advisor to the Executive Team.
