Overview

KEO Care is offering a 12-month Graduate Program in Australia for newly qualified Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists and Physiotherapists. KEO Care provides Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology, Behaviour Support and Early Childhood Approach services across Melbourne's bayside, southeast, eastern and northern suburbs. Its multidisciplinary teams support people with physical, psychosocial and intellectual disabilities and neurological conditions. Clinical areas include neurological rehabilitation, assistive technology, aged care, psychosocial disability, paediatrics, behaviour support, early childhood, home modifications and early intervention. Graduates work in community-based streams in speech pathology, physiotherapy, occupational therapy and home modifications.

What you get

The program starts with a comprehensive induction, followed by discipline-specific and multidisciplinary professional development and an individually tailored Professional Development Plan. Support includes at least four days of face-to-face learning a year, which can count toward AHPRA registration requirements, external development support, mentoring from experienced senior therapists, Team Leader support, weekly multidisciplinary and discipline-specific case conferences, peer review sessions and dedicated reflection time.

Listed benefits include monthly KEO Care Days, an iPhone and laptop, paid parental leave for primary and secondary carers, an Employee Assistance Program, car leasing options, flexible calendar management, mileage reimbursement, administrative support, a competitive salary, yearly salary reviews and a 1,000 dollar bonus for each successful employee referral.

Who can apply

The program is for graduates with relevant tertiary qualifications in the supported disciplines.

Requirements

Applicants need AHPRA or SPA registration, their own vehicle, a valid driver's licence, a Police Check, a Working with Children Check and an NDIS Worker Screening Check. A vehicle and licence matter because the work is community based.

How to apply

Candidates apply through the company's application process after confirming they meet the qualification, registration, screening and licence requirements.
