Junior Public Sector Account Executive

Overview

Elastic is seeking a Junior Public Sector Account Executive to own a greenfield Dutch public sector territory focusing on municipalities, healthcare, education, and research. This is a hunter role centered on opening doors, building champions, and turning search, observability, and security use cases into new projects with a primary emphasis on applying artificial intelligence.

Requirements

Candidates should bring under five years of B2B enterprise software sales experience with a proven new logo track record or proven sales development representative capacity. A preference exists for public sector experience in the Netherlands involving government, healthcare, or education, alongside an understanding of procurement cycles. Applicants need experience selling technical solutions in search, observability, security, data, or cloud, and must be fluent in both Dutch and English to write and sell in Dutch to Dutch-speaking buyers.
