Overview

This position is a full-time, on-site role within the Supply Chain Management and Operations department at HelloFresh, based in St. Margaret’s, Co. Dublin, Ireland. The working pattern for the role is Friday through Tuesday. The responsibilities center on overseeing, managing, and optimizing a Third-Party Logistics fulfilment partner rather than directly managing shift teams on the floor.

Who can apply

Applicants must possess the independent right to work in Ireland, as the employer is unable to provide sponsorship for this role. Candidates must also be willing to cooperate in health and safety matters, take reasonable care of their own health and safety and that of others, report incidents immediately, raise safety concerns to their line manager, and undergo a Disclosure and Barring Service check.

What you get

Selected individuals receive a 70% discount on HelloFresh along with free shipping, a company pension with matched 1:1 contributions up to 5%, health insurance, and an annual gym membership or wellness benefit. Additional offerings include a membership to the Headspace mindfulness application and a work-from-home allowance of up to €300. Workers also earn one extra day off for each year completed with the team, up to a maximum of three additional days.

Requirements

Candidates need a proven track record in logistics, fulfilment, or supply chain management with specific experience managing external third-party logistics partners or suppliers. Essential skills include strong interpersonal and communication abilities, an analytical mindset focused on managing service level agreements and key performance indicators, solid understanding of warehouse operations and Warehouse Management Systems, and the ability to drive change without direct authority. Beneficial qualifications feature data analytics proficiency in tools like SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or advanced Excel, along with certifications or experience in Lean, Six Sigma, Continuous Improvement, or backgrounds in fast-moving consumer goods and fresh food fulfilment.

How to apply

Interested candidates submit their application for review. If successful, a member of the talent acquisition team will be in touch within two weeks. Current employees of the company must discuss their application with their line manager beforehand.
