Overview

The Junior Designer position is an opportunity to join the creative team at THG Beauty, supporting the Cult Beauty brand. The role focuses on helping with day-to-day production, asset rollout, and artworking across various channels while building foundational design skills.

Requirements

Applicants need a portfolio demonstrating a good eye for design, typography, and layout, along with working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud applications such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Candidates should have experience using Figma or a willingness to learn, strong attention to detail, good organizational skills, and an understanding of digital design principles and formats. A collaborative approach, willingness to take direction and feedback, and a genuine enthusiasm for design and the creative industry are required. Experience may come from a first creative role, an internship, a placement, freelance work, or relevant studies. Helpful additions include an interest in beauty, fashion, lifestyle, culture, motion design, animation, project management tools, print artwork preparation, and emerging creative tools.
