Junior Business Controller

Overview

Robin Radar is hiring a Junior Business Controller within the Finance, IT, Legal and Compliance department. The position is based in Delft, with a remote work mode. The role involves turning financial insights into smart operational decisions, building accurate forecasts, spotting trends, and guiding strategic goals. The Junior Business Controller reports directly to the Head of Business Controlling and assists with financial forecasting, reporting and dashboarding, variance and trend analysis, financial policies and internal controls, compliance and risk oversight, and cross-functional projects.

Who can apply

Applicants must hold a BSc or MSc in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Candidates need 1 to 2 years of experience in financial controlling or FP&A, ideally within a multinational environment. A strong command of financial modelling, forecasting, and modern reporting tools is required. Applicants must be fluent in English in both spoken and written forms, possess an analytical mind with attention to detail and a strategic outlook, act as proactive team players who take ownership, and communicate effectively across cultures. A Certificate of Conduct and a background check are part of the screening process.
