The Youth Networker strengthens meaningful youth participation across IPPF's East, South East Asia and Oceania Region, connecting young people with regional and global platforms, supporting youth-led accountability, amplifying youth voices within the Federation and helping Member Associations develop programmes and services that respond to young people's needs.
Responsibilities include building and strengthening inclusive regional youth networks, advising regional structures and Member Associations on youth-led accountability, supporting Regional and Global Youth Forums, embedding youth participation across the programme cycle, supporting youth leadership and activism, championing youth voices in the Secretariat, supporting youth-friendly services and comprehensive sexuality education, collecting and analysing evidence, and monitoring youth-related commitments under IPPF Strategy 2028. One Youth Networker role serves as rotating Team Leader.
