International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD) is Calling for Interest: Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Consultants Roster – Apply By 4 February 2026

The International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD) has opened a Call for Interest to establish a Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Consultants Roster for the Eastern and Southern Africa (ESA) region. This initiative aims to create a pool of pre-vetted M&E specialists who can be mobilised for short-term and long-term consultancy assignments across IFAD-funded projects.
